Posting of Notice to Members

 

As detailed in its announcement of 4 February 2022, DX announces that it has now posted to its members the notice of certain matters that Grant Thornton UK LLP, as resigning auditors, considered need to be brought to the attention of members as it is required to under the Companies Act 2006.

 

Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, this letter has been made available at the Company's website: https://investors.dxdelivery.com/ under the AIM Rule 26 section.

 

DX's shares remain suspended from trading. The Board is in discussions with potential replacement auditors. Further updates will be made in due course.
