Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 2 March 2022 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director, sold 7,000 ordinary shares at a price of 971.38 pence per Ordinary Share on 25th February and a further 1,000 ordinary shares at a price of 970 pence per Ordinary Share on 28th February.
As a result of this transaction, Charles Peal's interest in the Company is 836,498 Ordinary Shares representing 2.79 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
