The Company announces that on 10/03/2022 it has purchased a total of 786 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through BNP PARIBAS EXANE as detailed below.

Since 28 February 20222021, the Company has purchased 772,515 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,339,786.
