2021 Annual Report & Accounts
On 11 March 2022, the Company released its Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2021. The Company announces that it has today published its 2021 Annual Report & Accounts.
A copy of the document has been posted on the Company's website www.sigplc.com/investors and will be sent to shareholders on or around 29 March 2022, together with the Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, in line with shareholder communication preferences.
The Annual Report 2021 has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report 2021 has been prepared using the single electronic reporting format specified in the TD ESEF Regulation.
