Notice of Delay to Half-Year Results
Technology Minerals (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that there will be a delay in the publication of the Company's interim results for the six-months ended 31 December 2021 ("Interim Results"). This follows guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority on corporate reporting timetables in light of Covid-19 and will allow the Company sufficient time to complete the process of preparing and reviewing the results. As such, the Company will release its Interim Results no later than 29 April 2022.
