Completion of the disposal of Templars Square Shopping Centre, Cowley for £38.8 million

NewRiver is pleased to announce the completion of the disposal of its Regeneration Shopping Centre in Cowley, Oxford, for gross proceeds of £38.8 million.

This follows the announcement on 22 December 2021 confirming the conditional exchange of contracts for the disposal.
