Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Macfarlane Group's AGM will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 10 May 2022 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN.
The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 31 March 2022 and is also available on the Company's website: www.macfarlanegroup.com.
As set out in the Group's Notice of AGM, this will be an in-person AGM, unless Covid-19 restrictions do not allow this. Shareholders may ask questions regarding the business of the AGM in advance by emailing agmquestions@macfarlanegroup.com.
