Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of 2022 AGM
Secure Trust announces that the Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") was sent to all shareholders who had requested a physical copy on 6 April 2022, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Annual Report and Accounts"). Electronic copies of each document are available on Secure Trust's website.
A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism Copies may also be obtained by application to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company.
As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company confirms that the 2021 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3p.m. on Thursday 12 May 2022 at the Offices of Simmons and Simmons LLP, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their form of proxy online or otherwise as outlined in the Notice of AGM. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM alongside guidance on how to submit questions to the Directors ahead of the AGM.

As at 31 December 2021 the Group's loans and advances to customers totalled £2,531.9 million, customer deposits totalled £2,103.2 million and the Group's total customer base was over 1.5 million customers. As these figures are as at 31 December 2021, they include 212 employees, £79.6 million in loans and advances to customers, and approximately £0.6 million customers which relate to Debt Managers (Services) Ltd (DMS). As announced, DMS agreed to sell its loan portfolio and expects, in the second half of 2022, to migrate its customers and transfer its employees to the purchaser of the portfolio.
