Annual Financial Report
Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "2021 Annual Report") and the notice of annual general meeting (the "Notice of AGM") have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders. Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

● Form of Proxy.
The 2021 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at https://investors.trustpilot.com.
The Company's first annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held and broadcast from 5th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 25 May 2022. Given the ongoing Covid-19 situation, arrangements are in place for shareholders to attend the meeting electronically as an alternative to attending the AGM in person. Shareholders attending the meeting electronically will be able to listen to the proceedings of the meeting and speak and vote at the AGM. Further information on the Company's AGM arrangements can be found in the Notice of AGM.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2021 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website, https://investors.trustpilot.com.
