Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan
Sabre announces that the following transactions were undertaken by Directors and PDMRs in the ordinary shares of the Company on 25 April 2022, in connection with the maturity of the awards granted in 2020 under Sabre's 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
Each Director or PDMR deferred a proportion of their 2019 annual bonus into the DBP. The deferred bonus was used to purchase shares in the Company at a price of 280.40 pence per share ("DBP award shares"), which were then held in the Employee Benefit Trust for a two-year deferral period. No performance conditions are attached to the DBP award shares.
