Standard Chartered PLC announces the appointment of
Interim Chair of the Board Risk Committee ("BRC")
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Standard Chartered PLC announces the appointment of Phil Rivett as interim Chair of the BRC with effect from 1 May 2022 pending Maria Ramos' appointment as Chair of the BRC receiving regulatory approval. Phil Rivett replaces Naguib Kheraj who, as previously announced, retires from the Board on 30 April 2022.
