Primary Health Properties PLC, a leading investor in modern primary healthcare facilities, announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Mr Richard Howell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Life Science REIT plc (AIM: LABS), an externally managed real estate investment trust recently admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and focused on investing in a diversified portfolio of UK properties that are leased or intended to be leased to tenants operating in the life science sector.
