Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 12 May 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 28,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
