Notice of Revised Full Year Results Date
Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM), the IP commercialisation company focused on early-stage company development within the technology sector, gives notice that it now expects to publish its Full Year 2021 results on 15 June 2022.
As a result of the revised date and to ensure good corporate governance, Harry Rein will now remain as Chairman to sign off the report and accounts. The day following publication of results, he will stand down from the board as previously announced on 31 March 2022.
A recruitment process is currently underway to restore the appropriate number of non-executive directors to the board. The Company will update shareholders as soon as practicable.
