Filing of UK Patent Application to Protect Web3 Intellectual Property

The board of directors (the "Board") of Tintra, the rapidly innovating Bank Technology business, is pleased to announce that it has filed a UK patent application to protect intellectual property that it has created (the "Patent") as part of its rapid research and development program.

The Patent is numbered GB2208742.3 and will be viewable on the Intellectual Property Office's website at https://www.ipo.gov.uk/p-pj in due course.

The Company will be seeking international patent protection for the verification and authentication of independent digital wallets, particularly, the linking of regulated and unregulated digital wallets when there is established common ownership and a desire to achieve rapid linking of those different accounts supported across disparate platforms for inter-dependent wallet operation, especially in the context of Web 3.0.

Richard Shearer, the Company's Chief Executive, said "This is another piece of the puzzle as we endeavour to change the way that developed and emerging economies transact with each other.

Today marks the end of a 90-Day internal project which we named Project Revolution, the results of which have exceeded our expectations. The outputs include strategic leaps forward across the Regulatory, Technology and Operations Teams and have crystalised our mission in one place for the first time. We expect to start publishing  these results over the coming weeks.

In the current financial environment where investors will increasingly be looking for tangible underlying assets, rather than pure speculative investments, we are ensuring that our strategy is one that meets that market shift. By developing proprietary technology and IP along with bank licences across four jurisdictions we are building out a strategy that provides value to our shareholders today and will further cement upward valuations as each target is achieved.

The IP we are protecting under this Patent Application forms part of our philosophy that legacy banking and Web 3.0 need not view each other as an existential threat. This filing is expected to protect our innovations as we seek to reach  our goal of using Artificial Intelligence to make Real Change."
