Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company notifies the market that, as announced by Hargreaves Lansdown plc (Hargreaves) on 17 June 2022, Darren Pope, independent non-executive director of the Company, is to be appointed an independent non-executive director of Hargreaves with effect from 1 September 2022. Darren will join the Hargreaves Board Audit and Risk Committees from the same date as Audit Chair designate.
