Board Changes
System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) today announces that Jane Wakely has informed the Board that due to increased international work commitments she will resign as a Non-Executive Director of System1 Group plc with effect from July 15th.
Jane Wakely said: "It has been a privilege to be part of System1's exciting journey to transform predictive marketing and evolve to a data-led platform business".
John Kearon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, commented: "As one of the world's leading marketers, Jane's insight, expertise and unstinting encouragement have been huge assets to the company since she joined the board four years ago.
