Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that on 29 June 2022, Nicholas Clayton, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.0240 per share.
