As at 30th June 2022 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 90,033,505 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th June 2022, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 191,600,405.
The above figure (191,600,405) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
