Exercise of Options, Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing software company servicing, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that, on 4 July 2022, it issued 2,200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company following an exercise of options pursuant to the Company's share option schemes to certain Directors of the Company; Nicholas Bolton (Chief Executive Officer), David Deacon (Chief Financial Officer) and Catherine Robertson (Executive Director) (together the "Exercising PDMRs").
The Exercising PDMRs have exercised, in aggregate, options over 2,200,000 shares and have sold 928,212 shares to cover the exercise cost and personal tax liabilities arising from the exercise.
Following the dealings described above, the Exercising PDMRs beneficial interests in the Company are set out below:

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 11 July 2022.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company will have 129,615,890 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 129,615,890.
