NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
Aviva announces that it was notified on 5 July 2022 that following the announcement on 2 March 2022 of the award of £1,000 of shares to all of our 22,000 employees, the under-noted persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) have been granted the following shares. The transactions were made in London on 19 May 2022.
