Supplementary offering circular dated 6 July 2022 (the "Supplement") to the offering circular dated 26 November 2021 (the "Offering Circular", which definition includes the Offering Circular as supplemented on 30 May 2022), relating to United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC's multi-issuer GBP 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Each of United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC is an issuer under the Programme. Notes issued by United Utilities Water Finance PLC will be guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
