Total Voting Rights - Correction

Windward (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime predictive intelligence, notes that the "Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights" announcement released on 11 May 2022 incorrectly stated the Company's issued share capital as 83,008,602 Ordinary Shares. The issued share capital should have been stated as 83,061,345 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the resulting total voting rights in the Company as of 8 July 2022 is 83,632,368. 

The above figure of 83,632,368 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
