Nomination Committee Appointment
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, JTC announces that Wendy Holley, Executive Director, has been appointed as an additional member of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
Wendy joined JTC in 2008 to lead the HR function of the Group, becoming Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2012 at which time she joined the Group Holdings Board. Wendy was appointed an Executive Director of the Company in July 2019 and in January 2022 became JTC's first Chief Sustainability Officer, in addition to her role as COO.
There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
