| b) | Nature of the transaction | In each case, on 21 July 2022 the Executive Directors/PDMRs were granted nil paid options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") granted under the Company's Long Term Investment Plan. The Options are exercisable from 21 July 2025 to 20 July 2032, subject to performance criteria being met. Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson, Trotman and Lee were granted the following Options: 1. Mr Vetch: 58,103 2. Mr Gibson: 68,174 3. Mr Trotman: 37,766 4. Mr Lee: 33,118 The performance conditions attributable to these Options are set out in the Remuneration Report in the Group's 31 March 2022 Annual Report.
