Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 26 July 2022 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 9,378 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 105.57 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,600,543 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.64 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that it was notified on 26 July 2022 that Andy Pomfret, the Company Chair, purchased 93,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 105.30 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Pomfret confirmed that they hold 174,278 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
