Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 27 July 2022 that Rebecca Shelley, Senior Independent Director and Non-executive Director purchased 1,750 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 114.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 July 2022.
Following the transaction, Mrs Shelley confirms that she holds 17,271 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.007 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
