The Board of LXi REIT plc announces that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood, at 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH at 2.00 p.m. on 5 September 2022. The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company's website at www.lxireit.com. In addition, a copy of the 2022 AGM notice has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nationalstoragemechanism.
