CentralNic Group plc (LSE:CNIC, "Company" or "CNIC") received notification on 29 July 2022 from Donald Baladasan, the company's Group Managing Director, that he has sold a total of 105,431 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company following the below dealings:
· on 25 July 2022 he sold 50,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 1.305 GBP per share;
· on 28 July 2022 he sold 55,431 Shares in the Company at a price of 1.252848 GBP per share;
The aim of the sales of the Shares was to settle previous tax liabilities arising from past share option exercises. Following this transaction, Donald Baladasan holds 2,628,173 Shares in the Company representing 0.91% of the issued capital.
