Board Changes and Issue of Options
DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland, is pleased to announce that, further to the completion of the Acquisition of All About Pizza d.o.o, trading as Domino's Croatia, the appointments of Nils Gornall and Andrew Rennie as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director respectively, will be effective immediately. In addition, Piotr Dzierzek remains as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of DP Polska S.A. and Dominium S.A., the operating entities in Poland, but will step down from the Board as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The following disclosures are required regarding Nils Gornall's and Andrew Rennie's appointments pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules").

Following Admission of the Consideration Shares and First Subscription Shares, Andrew will hold 15,442,553 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 2.37% of the issued share capital.
Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
Issue of Share Options
As announced on 15 June 2022, the new stock option plan will become effective upon the appointments of Nils and Andrew.
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Proposed Acquisition, Proposed Board Changes and Issue of Share Options announcement made by the Company on 15 June 2022.
