Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces it has posted the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 2 April 2022 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ on 9 September 2022 at 1.00 p.m.
A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the notice of AGM will be available from today on the Company's website at www.victoriaplc.com.
