Exercise of Options
The Company has received a request to exercise options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Request").143,412 shares held by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") will be used to part satisfy the Request. The remaining 6,588 shares will be satisfied by the allotment of new ordinary shares issued under the Company's allotment authorities.
An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the balance of the 6,588 New Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 15 November 2023.
The options, the subject of the Request, had an exercise price of 25.5 pence per share.
Following completion of this transaction, the Company's EBT will no longer hold shares in the Company.
Admission of shares and total voting rights
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 14,650,295 ordinary shares. As each ordinary share carries the right to one vote, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 14,650,295. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
