RNS Number : 9699Z Origin Enterprises Plc 12 August 2024 Origin Enterprises plc Transaction in own shares 12 August 2024 Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 09 August 2024 it purchased a total of 20,000   of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on Euronext Dublin through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody"), as detailed below. Following settlement of the above transactions, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) shall be 106,514,956 (each carrying the right to one vote) and the Company's total number of ordinary shares in treasury (which do not carry voting rights) shall be 18,805,419. The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury pending their cancellation or re-issue in due course. The purchases form part of the Company's €20m share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2023.
