Director change
Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a global leader in secure people-data solutions for human capital management ("HCM") systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Marks as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
David is a highly experienced company director in both private and listed companies, having served in a number of executive and non-executive roles. He has a background in corporate recovery, corporate finance (UBS and Deutsche Bank) and private equity (Nikko Principal Investments). He has been on the board of a several listed companies, most recently having co-founded Immotion Group plc (now renamed Huddled Group plc), where he was Group Finance Director, leading both the IPO in 2018 and subsequent sale of the core business in 2023. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
As announced on 15 October 2025, the Company will be appointing two new independent non-executive directors to the board of Newmark ("Board"). David Marks represents the first of these appointments and good progress is being made with regards to the second appointment. On the appointment of the second new independent non-executive director, Michel Rapoport will step down from the Board. Further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.

David was formerly a director of Monstermob Group plc("Monstermob") which had operations in UK, Europe, USA and Asia. David stepped down as a director of Monstermob and all its subsidiaries on 23 February 2007. Monstermob Limited, a wholly owned UK subsidiary, was placed into administration on 7 August 2007.
David does not hold any shares in Newmark.
