 Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL), the North America-focused lithium development group, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), originally scheduled for 27 November 2025, will be held at 3:00 pm on 30 December 2025 at the Claremont Hotel, Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, and also via the Investor Meet Company online platform.

The Notice of AGM will also be available on the Company's website www.braddaheadltd.com.

Validity of Existing Forms of Proxy and Forms of Instruction

Forms of Proxy and Forms of Instruction already lodged for the Company's previously scheduled Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2025 (which was postponed) will remain valid and will be applied at the rescheduled Annual General Meeting on 30 December 2025, unless revoked or replaced prior to the deadlines set out in this Notice.

Investor Meet Company

In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

Shareholders are also invited to submit questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre-submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up to 9:00 am the day before the AGM, or via the Investor Meet Platform at any time during the AGM itself. The Board will respond to key questions during the meeting and will provide all such answers on its website as soon as possible thereafter.
