IXICO, a global leader in neuroscience precision medicine and biomarker analytics, using its AI-driven platform to help advance drug development in neurological disorders, today announced that the Company has issued a total of 1,400,000 share options.
These options are awarded to members of the broader leadership of the Company and have vesting criteria aligned with retention and annual revenue growth over 3 years. These options have an exercise price of £0.01 and will be subject to a hold period to the third anniversary of their award.
