The owner of the popular Transact investment platform used by financial advisers is to float on London Stock Exchange in March.

IntegraFin was founded in April 1999 and launched the first UK adviser platform in March 2000.

Since then, its main brand Transact has remained one of the UK's leading independent platforms with approximately £29.7bn of funds under direction (FUD) as at 31 December 2017.

Transact currently serves more than 150,000 clients on behalf of over 5,100 financial advisers.

The company markets the service to financial advisers and financial planners as ‘a smarter, more effective and efficient way to aggregate and manage your clients’ investment portfolios and financial plans online’.

The UK adviser platform market, in which Transact operates, has been growing strongly, delivering an overall compound annual growth rate of FUD of c.20% from 2011 to 2016.

For the financial year ended 30 September 2017, the group reported recurring revenue at 96% of total revenue, a 47% adjusted operating profit margin) and cash conversion in excess of 90%.

Gross inflows were £5.3bn (48.6% higher than prior year). FUD increased by 13.5% and profit after tax grew by 44% to £29.9m.
