Induction Healthcare Group PLC - London-based hospital administration software provider - Signs non-exclusive distribution agreement with Kent-based health & social care software company System C Healthcare Ltd.

The deal is for the firm’s Induction Zesty product, a ‘digital patient engagement portal’ that allows patients to manage hospital appointments and view clinical records.

System C, which provides health and social care information technology systems and services, will sell Induction Zesty to customers. System C works closely with the NHS and social services. The agreement spans a three-year term with automatic 12 months renewals after.

‘Together with our value-added reseller agreement with Cerner Corp, we now have access to over 40% of Acute hospitals through reseller agreements,’ says Induction Chief Executive Officer James Balmain.
