Clarify Pharma PLC - Provider of Filecoin staking nodes - The company, which was an investment vehicle specialising in biotech and life sciences companies, will rename itself to File Forge Technology PLC as it shifts its focus to being a provider of Filecoin staking nodes. ‘Filecoin is a decentralised storage network that turns cloud storage into an algorithmic market. The market runs on a blockchain with a native protocol token, which miners earn by providing storage to clients,’ Clarify explains. Clarify divests its publicly listed investments in Atai Life Sciences Inc and Compass Pathways PLC but keeps its stake in Beckley Psytech Ld. The company highlights that it is now an operating company. Clarify’s name change to File Forge will be effective once companies house issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name.
