Statement re: Portfolio Manager
The Board of River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited ("RMMC") notes the announcement from River and Mercantile Group PLC, RMMC's portfolio manager, regarding George Ensor stepping up to manage the ES River and Mercantile UK Equity Smaller Companies Fund (the "Smaller Companies Fund").
George Ensor has held key roles on both RMMC and the Smaller Companies Fund since 2018 and the Board is entirely confident that this additional responsibility will in no way detract from George's commitment to RMMC or his ability to continue to deliver strong performance for shareholders.
