Dar Global announces that Shivaraman Iyer stepped down from the Board as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 8 August 2023. Mr Iyer will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will also remain part of the Company's executive management team.
Following the change, the Board will comprise David Hunter as Chair of the Company, Maurice Horan and Richard Stockdale as Independent Non-Executive Directors, Yousef Al-Shelash as a Non-Independent Director and Ziad El Chaar as Chief Executive Officer. The Board consider the composition of the Board to be appropriate to fulfil the current strategic and governance needs of the business.
David Hunter, Chair of the Dar Global board comments:

In addition, as announced by Custodian Property Income REIT plc ("CPI") on 9 August 2023, David Hunter has retired from his appointment as Chair of CPI with effect from 8 August 2023.
