Publication of Final Terms

 

Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States.

 

The Final Terms dated 15 April 2024 in respect of the issue by The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") of €1,000,000,000 3.500 per cent. Senior Notes due 17 April 2029 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.

 

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 30 June 2023 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 29 August 2023, 1 December 2023, 27 February 2024 and 9 April 2024 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus") which constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended), as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.  Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
