Voyage Care acquires eight services from Cristal Care and Newfound Care
We are delighted to announce that on Monday 22 April 2024, Voyage Care completed the acquisition of a group of four legal entities headed up by KDL Investments Limited, which operates eight services, comprising of seven registered care homes and one supported living location across South Yorkshire and Humberside. The acquisition was substantially funded through shareholders' equity as well as a portion of cash on balance sheet. We welcome our new colleagues and the people supported through these services.
