Oilex Ltd - Perth-based company focused on the development of natural gas assets - Says that the India Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has approved the transfer of the 55% participating interest in the Cambay Field held by Gujarat State Petroleum Corp to Oilex. As a result, Oilex now holds a 100% participating interest in the Cambay field in India.
