He is currently the senior vice-president of corporate finance and research & development for Smith & Nephew PLC, a medical technology company based in Watford, England. Current CFO Richard Armitage will resign his role on May 27. Finance Director Mike Ward will serve as interim CFO in the intervening period, the company says.
