One Heritage Group PLC - residential property developer in north-west England - Sells Nicholas Street Developments Ltd to One Heritage Property Rental Ltd. The latter’s firm parent company is Heritage SPC – UK Property Development Fund SP2. Yiu Tak Cheung is an investment manager of Heritage SPC and a director at One Heritage Group. One Heritage Group will receive £650,000 for the sale, a gain of £190,000 from when it bought the property in July 2019.
