Honye Financial Services Ltd - Cayman Islands-based company seeking acquisitions in financial services and financial technology - Says subsidiary Honye Trading Ltd has signed a White-Label Licence deal with XNT Ltd also known as EXANTE in bid to access EXANTE’s brokerage services and investment platform, for an undisclosed sum. Honye says the deal will become effective after it has bought Zoyo Capital Ltd and re-admission. It expects to generate revenue from a Zoyo-branded white-labelled mobile application shortly after completion of the re-admission.

Honye Chair Shaun Wootton says: ‘This approach will enable us to provide a trading solution to our clients within a matter of weeks of the RTO, generating revenue and raising brand awareness of the Zoyo name many months earlier than would otherwise be the case.’

Earlier in June, the company signed heads of terms to acquire entire shareholding of London-based financial services and tech firm Zoyo.
