Says he has extensive experience in high-technology, semiconductors, finance and investment industries. He is currently chair and chief executive of China First Capital Group Ltd. Commits to appointing a further director to the board within the next three months. Says its trading was reinstated with the appointment, because it previously did not comply with the Companies Act requirement to have at least two directors.
