Dolphin Capital Investors LTD - British Virgin Islands-based investor in high-end resort developments in the eastern Mediterranean - Agrees outline of arrangement to secure funding for finalisation of Kilada Golf Course and the County Club through an 85% to 15% split its joint venture partner. Dolphin Capital will be responsible for 85% of the funding for the first phase, and the partner will deploy €2.5 million to the Kilada Project with immediate effect.
