Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd - real estate investment trust - Says has drawn down the third of a number of loan agreements with DCI shareholders which are intended to provide additional working capital and which are expected to amount to up to €2.0 million. This loan has been made by Discover Investment Co which is a related party as disclosed in announcement on April 19. Explains these shareholder loans each have identical terms to one another and are for a 12-month term bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum. Intends to repay the shareholder loans from the proceeds of the sale of company assets.

Current stock price: 3.70 pence, down 2.6% in London on Friday
